1. As the largest share holder, Uniq set up a metal factory in Zhuhai, which is focusing on production of
copper and brass landscape lighting fixtures for a top 3 United States lighting company. We have
established a long-term partner shipment with this USA company and provide about 80% its products
demands.

2. Our glass factory in Jiangmen owns highly skilled flat glass processing and decoration including
water-cutting, polishing, sand-blasting and silk printing. And two lines of state-of-the-art flat glass-tempering
complexes allow us the capability of horizontal tempering of glass at full range of sizes and thickness.

3. To serve our clients in Europe better, Uniq expands to commercial lighting business, and with the
cooperation of our sub-contractors, we provide a complete series of services including designing,
prototyping, tooling, stamping, spinning, Aluminum and Zinc die-casting, machining, anodizing, plating,
powder-coating, assembling, packaging, and door-to-door delivery.

4. Presently, Uniq is team working with a reputed optical glass equipments manufacturer in China and we
have successfully developed an automatic line to produce top quality machine cut & polished chandelier
crystal balls and other optical glass lighting decorations in our co-founded factory.
